UPDATE: Where to watch the World Cup semi-finals and final

With the group stages done and dusted, Fifa World Cup 2018 kicks into high gear with the upcoming Round of 16 (beginning June 30) and quarter final matches (beginning July 6).

Throughout the World Cup season, RTM is airing 41 matches (28 live and 13 delayed) across TV1 and TV2. More matches may be added.

Meanwhile, Astro is airing all 64 matches. All Malaysians can watch 29 live matches and 12 delayed matches for free through the Astro Go app.

To watch all 64 matches, Astro has two World Cup dedicated channels in HD (Astro Ch 823 and 824) and two in SD (Astro Ch 821 and 822). The fees vary according to the various packages available. Find out more here.

Below is a guide to where and when to watch the Round of 16 and quarter final matches (other stages – semi-finals and finals – will be included accordingly later).

The timings shown here are for the live telecast of the matches only (delayed telecast times are as indicated). It does not include timings for re-runs of the matches.
